About
Lyla Sofía M.A.
Spiritual Counselor, Artist and Expressive Arts Facilitator

Lyla Sofia holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Counseling and East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and serves as a Minister with the Center for Sacred Studies (CSS)—a global community grounded in prayer and spiritual activism.
As an artist, Psychedelic Educator, and Expressive Arts Facilitator, Lyla’s work is anchored in earth-honoring rituals, ancestral healing, and Jungian-inspired insights. She weaves together ancient wisdom and creative expression to nurture the intersections where the personal and the collective, the seen and the unseen, begin to converge.
Through personalized guidance, Lyla supports clients in exploring the deeper layers of the psyche, gently bringing unconscious patterns into awareness. Through a multi-sensory approach—using art, writing, sound, and movement—she invites the body and spirit into conversation, opening space for inner dialogue, self-reflection, and the potential for meaningful transformations.
Lyla offers practical tools and embodied practices to support those seeking a more soulful, creative, and integrated way of living—rooted in connection to self, spirit, and the earth.
